This mod contains a small neighborhood that I'm working on expanding. All the houses and the fence is dynamic. The fence is a bit buggy and will cause lag on worse systems. I'd say the map is fairly demanding. The more you destroy the more it lags, because things don't go in resting mod as fast as a normal Teardown map. My plan is to add more and different houses along the roads. If you can't run the full map, here's just the house: Installation instructions: 1. Unzip the file. 2. Drop the file in the "Teardown/mods" folder. -

A small, basic map containing walls of every common in-game material. Looking at a wall when up close to it will tell you what material it's made of. Each wall is made of a different material. The walls are made up of multiple 50x50x50 chunks. The texture used for the walls is texture 5 at 0.5 texture strength.
