Try to get as good high score as possible on the time attack!

My personal best time is 5m 14s

 

 

How to install:

  1. Add the "Monster Truck Course" folder from the zip into DOCUMENTS/Teardown/mods folder.

Well made map! It would have been nice for me to have this type of timer on my own obstacle course, but I'm not that good at LUA, haha. Very nice job!

Thanks for the love kszabi! If you want, you could copy the timeattack.lua from my mod folder and then simpky in the level editor, you can place two triggers, and give them tags: "starttimer" and "endtimer" and the timer should automatically work 🙂

Nice map.  You beat me to it.  I'm working on my own monster truck map right now.  Hopefully release soon.  The timed part is cool.  I'm not a fan of falling off the track and having to restart from beginning or last save point.  But overall fun and challenging.  I also like the brick walls you have to bash through.  Good job.  My time was 5.37.20201224173441_1.thumb.jpg.6437fd2ad5927e8bcb1725fe7a7ce297.jpg

Haha yea it can be a pain if you fall all the way down, especially since the ramps can be pretty treacherous 😄 
I like the idea of maybe falling all the way down, but still you can quicksave/load.
And if you want a harder challenge, you do it without save/load, and it will show on timer.

If i make a new obstacle map, im gonna make it alot harder than this. But also smarter, so you don't fall down because of a small bump in the ramp 😄 but can still fall far.
