Custom Levels Extended - More custom maps 1.0

So, how do I use this mod in 0.5.2? I assume the mod folder itself has to be put into "Mods" folder, but what about maps? Where should they go?

By the way, there was also a similar mod (or was it an old version of this one?) that allowed for renaming custom maps. Is it possible in this mod as well?
