1. Unzip "Cinematic Choppers.zip"
2. Copy the folder called "data" into you main directory. (the main directory is where teardown.exe is located)
3. Choose to overwrite any files if asked to
4. Just start the game and enjoy the Chopper. It's very unlikely they will kill you even when you stand completely still.
Not fully finished, as this mod doesn't change the chopper in the games final Frustum mission. It does, however work when entering Frustum with challenge mode and choosing "Hunted" mode.

A mod for Teardown v0.5.0+ that will increase performance drastically when large dynamic and static objects are destroyed. This is still in a very early state so do not expect a lot from it as the Teardown API is still very limited. Please have this in mind when you rate the mod and make sure to ask me on discord if it does not work for you (note, if your screen is black on world launch you should change the render scale to above 0)!
How to install
Here is a step by step guide on how to install Teardown UMF by the creator that you can follow https://github.com/Thomasims/TeardownUMF-Examples/wiki/Installation-Guide
You need to locate the folder where teardown.exe is installed, this can be managed by either right clicking Teardown in Steam > Manage > Browse local files or locating where you installed Steam > steamapps > common > Teardown. Here you will find teardown.exe and a few other folders, at this point you need to download TeardownUMF and move the content inside of the folder TeardownUMF-master (in the zip file) to the same folder as the teardown.exe file. There should now be a hook_modloader.bat file near teardown.exe and a mods folder with a folder called umf inside (and the default mods). When all of this has been done then you need to make sure to run the hook_modloader.bat file to hook it to the game.
After this is installed and extracted, do the same with the mod-vX.X.zip but extract it in the (C):/Users/%USERNAME%/Doucments/Teardown/mods folder instead.
How to use
This mod works with the options section in the official Teardown mod manager tab, there you will find a few options to tweak for the performance benefits you need. Simply the options you have work as follows.
FPS counter displays a number in the top right corner that is roughly your FPS (due to some constraints in the Teardown API this isn't fully accurate and won't display below 30FPS). This will update every in-game second to be humanly readable. Light disabler will disable all lights when you enter a world, this doesn't have a huge performance impact but was still an easy feature to implement. Debris cleaner removes all broken debris that is smaller and lighter then a set value with the slider found below called debris size. This will also change exponential to your FPS (lower FPS, larger debris removed). Dynamic debris is an experimental feature but could be useful if many dynamic objects are in play, it works by changing all bodies out of the player range to static to avoid loads of gravity calculations when the player doesn't care about the objects (hard coded range is 15 for now).
A simple script that lets you sprint and walk. Check out the change log for all the features.

What it does:
This script allows for a generalized approach to latching doors without the need to give joints individual names and write custom scripts to look for those name specifically.
You can use this in any map without the need to ask for permission as long as you:
List credit on the mod page with a link to this page. Do not include the script within your map itself, as this can cause problems; Instead, have your users grab the newest version from here.
How it works:
When the door is near enough to the closed position (limit "0"), it will apply a slight force to keep it closed. When you grab the door, it removes that force, allowing you to open the door. following this, it will remain loose until the door returns to its closed position. That means that if you leave a car door open, you could use your brakes to close it. This is different than other implementations that use interactions (button prompt) that switch the direction of the force. This is due mostly to my own preference, but also due to how the script checks for each door. It could probably be easily changed though if you prefer that method.
Drop the folder from the .zip into your /documents/teardown/mods/ folder.
Add "tags="Latch"" to the VOX of each shape. DO NOT TAG THE JOINT! Otherwise, the script will not work.
Add sound effects by extending the tag to "Latch=Vehicle" or "Latch=Structure".
Custom sounds can be added with "LatchOpenSound=../mod_name/path_to_sound.ogg" and "LatchCloseSound=../mod_name_path_to_sound.ogg". Ensure that the path always starts with "../" followed by the name of the FOLDER your mod is in, and then the rest of the path to the sound. If you get no sound instead of a custom one, it's probably a typo.
Please ensure that all joints you wish to latch are in the closed position at limit 0, as this is what the script considers the "closed" position. This generally means that the door is closed in the .vox file.
An example vehicle (The yellow van from the thumbnail) is included in the files.

This project was a little creation of mine that's entire goal was to create a working Cheat menu using the new modloader, without modifying ANY of the default scripts of the game.
What I mean is, this entire script runs within the modloader's options.lua and main.lua
It doesn't replace any of the game's default scripts, which means its compatible with any other mod.
It also doesn't replace any default assets of any kind. Its a completely compatible standalone mod.
I know only 2 cheats work right now, but getting cheats to work without modifying default scripts is DIFFICULT alright?
Currently it supports these cheats:
Infinite Mission Time Just makes the timer on every mission super long so its essentially infinite. Infinite Ammo Whatever weapon you're holding will just have infinite ammo, just like sandbox mode. Simple as that. Infinite Health Literally in the name, refills the health as you take damage. Nearly impossible to die unless you spam hundreds of bombs per frame (Like using click explode hack for example) NoClip Flight / Static Camera Flight Allows you to fly around the world without being affected by boundaries or forces and gravity. Vehicle Boost / Fly Configurable speed and the controls are located inside of the mod options. Basically acts like a rocket engine attached to the car. Player Boost / Fly Same as vehicle boost, but with more air control. You can easily accidentally fall through the world or send yourself to enormously high heights with this Temporarily Unlock All Tools Just gives you all weapons. It automatically gives you the weapons when you reload the current world / enter a new world Velocity Burst / Blow Away Stuff Hack Small Parts will be sent everywhere destroying everything... so prepare for lag. If you dont have a decent processor, this hack will kind of suck to use.. This can destroy entire maps if used in the right way Debug Info This is a small mod that I've included as an extra option because its useful in development I left it in as an optional cheat option because some people also want it. It essentially just draws a line to where your facing, and draws a cross where it hit. It logs all the information on the top left ingame. Click Fire / Fire Wand I've made the tool that activates it customizable. (I recommend using the spraycan) Click Explode / Bomb Wand This can crash the game, as such I've made the tool that activates it customizable. I also added a button to toggle paint mode (So you have to spam or click for each individual bomb, rather than painting a line of explosives) Click Delete / NOTHING IS INDESTRUCTIBLE 😄 You can use this tool to literally delete chunks of the world. You can delete anything... Even if its indestructible or outside of the map. Click Destroy / #OBLITERATE This CAN and WILL crash your game if used incorrectly... This hack sets any object it touches as a massive explosive, as such, it can be used to utterly destroy and obliterate any building / vehicle or object in the game. Its essentially Click Explode on Steroids. Uses a small exploit in the game's engine to set an object explosive and blow it up. This has NO LIMITATIONS on the Explosive Power (Soon to be fully customizable) Currently locked it at power 10 while I'm working on the mod (For reference, the max explosion size is normally 4) If the object you clicked does not blow up immediately, then shoot it. It essentially turns objects into explosives. Ray Cutter / Line Cutter This is a small mod that allows you to use Very Precise cutting by cutting holes exactly where youre looking. Perfect for leveling a forest or cutting off a roof. Epic Ingame Menu You can enable this through the normal options Allows you to configure and change the settings of all the cheats within the game. Hit Enter ingame to open it. INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
Extract the zip file and drag the "SirCodesCheatsMod" folder into your teardown savegame directory -> Teardown \ Mods \ SirCodesCheatsMod \ (Mod Files) Some zip extractors put the content into a second folder Make sure there is not 2 folders. Only 1 with the mod files in it. IMPORTANT This mod was created to work on versions 0.5.4 and above

By WinterThis mod drastically changes the chopper behavior, allowing it to shoot you when you hide inside buildings. This isn't the same as it shooting at you all the time, as a few conditions effect it's behavior to balance it out.
This also removes the outline of the chopper, and does a slight change to the choppers general shooting behavior to make things a little easier on you (to account for the fact that hiding is almost impossible now).
This is my first mod, and I'm generally releasing this as an initial beta test, to help me figure out what aspects of the mod need rebalancing.
PLEASE let me know about any problems there are with this, or any general improvements that should happen.

A framework that enables people to create their own armed vehicles with ease and minimal configuration.
Vehicles will be able to mount an array of weapons from simple machine guns to artillery launchers with ease, each with their own weapon zoom, ammo capacities, and ammo types. Including penetration mechanics.
This will work with any AVF compatible vehicle in any loaded map, provided that they are configured correctly.
Player enabled overrides allow users to modify almost any available weapon parameter to their needs.
ensure you have the latest experimental version of teardown (5.5 at this time), this will not work on any version <5.1. copy the AVF folder into your documents/teardown/mods/ folder. ensure that you activate it as a global mod in the mod tree, this will ensure any AVF compatible vehicle will function as intended. See fig below A demo map is included, called "AVF DEMO" this map has a template tank to help you in making your own vehicles / testing AVF.

A demo map is now included to help you in making vehicles with a custom tank setup with its own custom lua script.
Simple vehicle config:
To prepare your armed vehicle, this framework follows this simple concept: A vehicle has a body, a body has a chassis, and a body also may have a turret joint connected to a turret.
A vehicle body and / or a turret may then be connected to a gun joint, so long as a gunjoint is connected to your guns barrel then this script can find it.
a gun joint typically being a vertical hinge that goes up and down.
Quick config for a vehicle is as follows:

body -> component=body
vox (for vehicle body) -> component=chassis
vox (for turret) -> component=turret turretGroup=mainTurret
joint (for turret joint) ->component=turretJoint

This will define a simple tank using a 2A46M tank gun.
The logic for this mod is as follows: You have a vehicle with a body. That body would have a main chassis, this chassis then may have joints connecting to guns, called gunJoints, and then joints connected to turrets, called "turretJoints", these "turretJoints" then may have further "turretJoints" and more importantly "gunJoints".
In theory, you would never need to edit any lua with this code. It is purely XML configs on any compatible vehicle. Through simple XML tags.
While Custom gun sights and sounds may be needed but it's best to embed them within the LEVEL and have a pointer to them in your xml tags.
If you have any custom sights, or sounds, or pre-configed weapons you would like added to the base mod then i would happily include them if you give me the basic info / files, provided you can ensure they would work in normal situations through xml config.
There also is included a custom lua config file which you can utilize by wrapping an editor instance of your vehicle in the script and then modifying the values in there with named keywords to add extra weapons to fit your vehicle.
