Download Russia_Winter.rar, extract it with win.rar, or what ever you extracting program is, copy Russia_Winter and past it in the teardown mod folder and when you cant extract it and it is an extractet folder you must copy it and past it in the teardown mod folder

Extract the zip, copy the mod folder, and past it in to C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\Teardown\Mods or documents/teardown/mods

Go to steam, open steam, manage, browse local files, and then you have 2 folders, one its named ``mods´´. when not, create a folder named mods
