I must appologise. I didn't realise the process has been simplified so much. Thanks SuperRock and shrimpables for letting me know how to add unlimited ammo and a simple drag and drop from zip file to mods folder.
Download and place "city with sewers" in your teardown mods folder. Enjoy.
