Simple mod that turns the renderscale option into a slider, ranging from 0.1 to 2x renderscale, it might help performance if you're willing to play what looks to be an early 90's doom game --How to install-- If you ARE using the timed explosives mod and/or minigun mod then delete "options.lua" and rename "optionsTimedExplosives.lua" to "options.lua".
