This mod contains a small neighborhood that I'm working on expanding. All the houses and the fence is dynamic. The fence is a bit buggy and will cause lag on worse systems. I'd say the map is fairly demanding. The more you destroy the more it lags, because things don't go in resting mod as fast as a normal Teardown map. My plan is to add more and different houses along the roads. If you can't run the full map, here's just the house: Installation instructions: 1. Unzip the file. 2. Drop the file in the "Teardown/mods" folder.
