You can now download and load it in the New Mods folder.
Credit to TTHF For letting me use his code and helping me code The hover mode for the Delorean.
Added Delorean from Back To The Future II with working Hover Mode!
Controls
Activate/deactivate Hover Mode by pressing V
Up/Down by pressing W/S
Move forward/backwards and Left/right by using the mouse.

how to download: If your not sure how to get it into teardown all you have to do is go to steamapps\common\Teardown\mods and place the 1981 Delorean (BTTF 1&2).zip file for the both 1981 Delorean (Time Machine) and (Flying Time Machine) Load it up and Enjoy!
Sadly The Delorean can't actually time travel in teardown or Have flames come out the back yet. but now you can at least experience driving the Delorean from Back to the Future and fly it as well!
If anyone knows how to code and would like to try making it were when you Hit 88 MPH fames come out the back plz let me know.\
Info about Delorean from back to the future: In the Back to the Future franchise, the DeLorean time machine is a time travel device made by retrofitting a DMC DeLorean vehicle with a flux capacitor. The car requires 1.21 gigawatts of power and needs to travel 88 miles per hour (142 km/h) to initiate time travel. Universal Studios special effects department built three main DeLorean time machines for the movie Back to the Future.

dmc 1981 Delorean

DeLorean is a sports car and the only automobile manufactured by John DeLorean's DeLorean Motor Company (DMC) for the American market from 1981 to 1983. The car was designed by Giorgetto Giugiaro and stood out for its gull-wing doors and brushed stainless-steel outer body panels. It became widely known for its disappointing lack of power and performance, which did not match the expectations created by its looks and price tag. Though its production was short-lived, the car was made memorable through its appearances as the time machine in the Back to the Future media franchise after 1985.

Herbie, the Love Bug is a fictional sentient anthropomorphic 1963 Volkswagen Beetle, a character that is featured in several Walt Disney motion pictures starting with the 1968 feature film The Love Bug. He has a mind of his own and is capable of driving himself, and is often a serious contender in auto racing competitions. Throughout most of the franchise, Herbie is distinguished by red, white and blue racing stripes from front to back bumper, a racing-style number 53 on the front luggage compartment lid, doors, and engine lid, and a yellow-on-black '63 California license plate with the registration "OFP 857".

movie cars 1958 Plymouth Fury "Christine"

The Fury was a sub-series of the Plymouth Belvedere from 1956 through 1958. It was sold only as a sandstone white two-door hardtop with gold anodized aluminum trim, in 1956 and 1957. In 1958 it was only available in buckskin beige with gold anodized aluminum trim. These Furys had special interiors, bumper wing-guards and V8 engines with twin four-barrel carburetors. The 1957 and 1958 318 cu in (5.2 L)-engine produced 290 hp (216 kW).

The Dodge Monaco is an automobile that was marketed by the Dodge division of Chrysler Corporation. Introduced as the flagship of the Dodge product line, the Monaco was introduced for 1965 to replace the Custom 880, later superseding the Polara model line. During its production, the Monaco was offered in multiple body configurations, including two-door and four-door hardtop sedans, four-door sedans, two-door convertibles, and station wagons.
From 1965 to 1977, three generations of the Monaco were produced with the full-size Chrysler C platform. For 1977 and 1978, Dodge shifted the Monaco to the intermediate Chrysler B platform, effectively downsizing the model line.
