the mod button dosent show up at all in the game

i tried that but it diten work

i update my game and then. i was gone install a mod but the mod folder and mod.xml is gone? if thare arent a fix could anybody meby send me the files? like the mod file and the mod.xml? couse i diten get it. pleas help
