This file (all of them) appear to be corrupted. Tried multiple downloads of all 3, with 7-Zip and WinRAR, and none of them recognize it as a valid archive. So I looked closer at the downloaded file and learned it was an XML format. It appeared to be coming through BackBlaze and their API is denying it. Open the RAR in Notepad and you'll see this: <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" standalone="yes"?> <Error> <Code>InvalidArgument</Code> <Message>Backblaze does not support the 'x-amz-acl' header for this API call.</Message> </Err
