Why do people care if something is zipper/rared? You can extract either with either program. I use Winzip and use it to extract both winzip and rar files.

I don't understand it either but apparently people have a preference. So now they have a choice I guess 🤷‍♂️

BUG UPDATE: I'm aware that the horizontal propane tank explodes the tree in the center and not the tank itself.

This has already been fixed for the next update.

Lovely new update, the grocery shop is a nice touch and I cant wait to see what that area will become :D

Thanks! It's going to be a lively area. The people in the apartments now have quick access to all the necessities!

I apologize but I have a question. Every other mod I've installed has had instructions and I am a bit confused on what to do with the mod file. 

copy and past the folder in the teardown modfolder

As per the readme file, simply extract the "Fernway Apartments" folder into Teardown/mods

Edit: I'll copy/paste the readme text into the mod info panel.

Sorry about basically everything floating in the new update. It's not much of a problem though. Just forgot to move everything down 0.1 meters.

Fixed for next update later today.

First floor apartment bathroom light is floating.

For some reason when I try to open the map it says loading then just closes teardown. I think its the xml file, I tried to replace the new xml file with the old one and it had the new stuff like flamable walls but also things were glitched and over layed
