About This File

Description:

A total conversion mod I started on Feb 11th, 2021. Teardown Tactical converts the game into a 90's inspired FPS with sprite-based weapons and NPCs.

Included in this download is a demo level where you can try out the weapon system with two weapons, the M16A2, and the HK53, and blast away some enemies in a middle-eastern inspired setting, controlled by a private military for training.

Stay tuned for future releases!

Installation:

1. Extract the "teardown-sprite-weapons-demo" folder to your "C:\Users\YOUR USERNAME\Documents\Teardown\mods" directory.

2. In Teardown's mod manager menu, click on "teardown-sprite-weapons-demo" and press the "Play" button.

3. Kill the bad guys!

@XorberaxAwesome work.  One bug I found was the bullets hit to the right of where I'm aiming because I'm playing on display 3440x1440.  Switching to 1920x1080 fixes it though.  I don't know if this is easy to fix or not.  Can't wait to see how this mod progresses.

Thanks for the bug report! Unfortunately I don't have a 4k monitor to test with, but hopefully I can get around to seeing what's causing this.

and yep, looks like it's bugged for ultrawides. I use a 2560x1080, so everything was off-center. using a more conventional 16:9 resolution fixes it for now, not a huge deal.
